Happy Birthday, Eloise!

I can't believe our little Eloise is now two years old. She is such a happy, delightful little girl. She loves to dance, sing, bounce, jump, and play. She was beaming at her birthday party and knew that it was her special day. We know her party was a success because the next day she woke up singing, "happy birthday to you...happy birthday to you..." Eloise with her little friends (Kate, Esme, Noah, Eloise, Dakota, and Mark).

Nick and I completely forgot to take pictures of Eloise with her cupcake at her party. Her actual cupcake was much cuter than this sad looking cupcake, but at least we have a picture. We will do better next year.

Happy New Year!

Eloise welcomed the new year by climbing, or better said, falling out of her crib. Nick and I were awakened by a loud "thud" this morning. When Nick went to check on Eloise she was standing behind the door waiting for him. We were happy that she wasn't hurt, but knew that she would attempt climbing out of her crib again so we turned her crib into a day bed.

Sick Day

After all the fun and excitement from Christmas and playing in the snow, Eloise woke up this morning sick and miserable. It's time to rest.

Fall Pictures

Megan and me
He is such a happy little guy.

We went to get Eloise out of bed this morning and she had taken off her pajamas and thrown everything out of her crib. As you can see, she was pretty pleased with herself.

William's Baby Blessing

We are so happy that Craig was here to take part in William's baby blessing. We named William Craig after Craig and we hope William carries his name with dignity and becomes just as remarkable as his grandpa.

Grandpa's here!

It was so enjoyable to have Craig visit us for a week. Eloise loved playing with grandpa. Each day he took her to either the park or Colonial Williamsburg so she could run around. In the morning I would come downstairs after nursing William and he would be making breakfast with Eloise. He was very helpful.

Here we are at a plantation and it was freezing outside!
